Returns & Refunds:
Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.

Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once production has started. For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted before the order is shipped.
